Student View
We highly recommend you log in to Foliotek with the sample student account so that you can see the experience from the student view point.
The left-hand menu displays the tabs of the portfolio, select one to see the assignments and instructions related to the section

Each assignment area of the portfolio will have the following options:
- The green plus sign will allow the user to upload up to 99 items, including images, files, web links, etc.- Comments will hold on to any communication between and instructor and the student for this section of the portfolio
- Sharing allows classmates to share a section of the portfolio among themselves
- Request Review lets the student select an instructor to send the content of that portfolio section along with a question or request for feedback
Besides uploading files, students can also add content to their portfolio by adding entries to a built-in journal or by editing forms.
You will find a journal in each standard of the Standard & Competencies area of the portfolio. Students can open, edit, and delete entries as often as needed.
You can see the Standard I journal in the image below, you can also see that this area of the portfolio has an additional tab. Select the STANDARDS tab to see the standards associated with this area of the portfolio.
